What payment methods and currencies are accepted in Roatan?The national currency of Honduras is LEMPIRA (LPS), however, US Dollars (USD) and most credit cards are accepted. We accept cash and credit cards(VISA & MASTERCARD) Please note that credit card payments will incur in an extra 5% charge due to bank fees.

Reservation & Refund policiesIn order to complete the booking process we ask for a $30 deposit which is fully refundable if you cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival or if your cruise ship is cancelled or not able to dock due to any reason. You pay the remaining balance when you get here. We prefer cash but you can also pay with credit cards Visa and Mastercard. There is a 5% extra charge if you pay through credit cards due to the local bank fees.

How will I find your representative once I reach Roatan?Mahogany Bay (Dixon Cove) Exit the terminal, make a left, and head up and down through a big green gate. You will see a group of tour operators awaiting their client, and our representative will be there waiting for you with a AT21 Tours Roatan sign! Port of Roatan (Coxen Hole) Exit gate number 1 , and our representative will be there waiting for you with a AT21 Tours Roatan sign!
