Deposit
To confirm a booking, you pay a deposit of 25% of your order online, by card or PayPal. The deposit is deducted from your total. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount online instead.
Balance
If you paid the deposit, the remaining 75% is paid when you arrive in Roatán, in cash (U.S. dollars or Honduran Lempiras) or by card at our POS.
Cancellations and refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, or if your cruise ship is unable to dock for any reason.
Return to the ship
All tours are planned around your cruise ship’s itinerary, and we always return you to the port with plenty of time before “All Aboard.”
